US & Associates Consulting Co., Limited ((源盛顧問及監理事務所有限公司) was founded by a group of Utility and Safety Specialists in Hong Kong and from outside Hong Kong.

US & Associates is keen on consultancy services for works related to underground and concealed utilities, pump and drains for building maintenance works, safety and reliability, etc.

Local key staff of US & Associates has extensive and longitude experiences working directly with utilities and buildings especially for water, power, gas and drains and for building maintenance works.

In addition, we provide consultancy service for safety and reliability of systems.

In addition, with extensive experiences in GIS programming for planning of works and delivering training with right contents and to the right persons, US & Associates’key personnel has conducted training for over 1,000 government and non-government employees in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Since its establishment, US & Associates has worked for a number of water leakage detection and control, pipe condition surveys, cooling main improvement works, slope inspection and programming contracts as consultant for various types of clients.

Some recent contracts are cooling main leakage control for some 10 buildings in the Central area.

In addition, we have been consultant for a number of slope inspection contracts for water carrying services affecting slopes.
